Following talks today, industrial action scheduled for HIAL airports on 4^th July 2008 has been suspended. This will allow further talks and work on pay to take place between HIAL and the Unite trade union.

HIAL is now notifying airlines and flight operators that the industrial action planned for 4^th July 2008 has been suspended and that its airports will be operating as normal on that day.
