Swine Flu/Influenza A H1N1 Virus

Human cases of swine influenza have been reported in a number of countries. Anyone who develops flu-like symptoms or who has recently returned from one of the affected areas and is worried about their health should contact NHS 24 on 0845 424 2424 or their GP.

Public health advice is available on the Scottish Government and Health Protection Scotland websites. There is also a dedicated flu information line available on 0800 1 513 513.
