Following a consultation and engagement programme with colleagues, key stakeholders and the public, we published our HIAL Strategic Plan 2023-28 in June 2023. This plan focuses on delivering our core activities and prioritising safety and regulatory requirements within available budgets over the next five years.
We produce a Corporate Operating Plan each year to detail the actions we will take to achieve our strategic priorities.
