New HIAL CEO pledges to maintain air connectivity for the communities it serves, while tackling financial pressures.
In the latest edition of The Airport Operator magazine, produced by Airports UK (formerly the AOA), HIAL's CEO, Paul Kelsall describes how his aim and vision would be to “continue to focus on providing safe, secure and efficient services to our customers and support that essential connectivity for the communities across our operating area. Safety continues to be our number one priority. HIAL has a good safety track record, and we will push with a renewed focus to explore where we can improve our safety performance across all areas of the business”.
