Changes to our Covid-19 safety measures

Following the Scottish Government’s announcement that Scotland will move beyond Level 0 from Monday 9 August, there will be a small easing of the restrictions we have in place at our airports.

From Monday, the law will not stipulate physical distancing requirements.   We will therefore be able once again to welcome non-travelling passengers into our airport terminals.  However, we will be asking anyone in our airports to keep a safe distance wherever possible to minimise any risk to passengers, visitors, and our staff.

It is still a legal requirement to wear face coverings while indoors in Scotland and all visitors to our airports must wear a face covering at all times while in our terminal buildings, unless exemptions apply.

Our airport teams will continue to implement the additional safety measures in place, including effective passenger management, enhanced cleaning regimes, the use of sanitiser and a broad range of PPE.

Please read our Passenger Information - Coronavirus for more information.
